27.5 hours a week, 9.00am – 2.30pm (exact timings to be agreed), term time only 

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, well-organised and highly-motivated individual to join our busy office admin team, after Easter.

The successful candidate will be a team player, have a pleasant and efficient manner, and good inter-personal skills.  An eye for detail, high levels of literacy, the ability to work independently using your own initiative, and to be able to assimilate information accurately and quickly are essential, as is an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Publisher.  Experience of website administration and SIMS (the school’s information management system) would be an advantage, but training will be available.

Main areas of responsibility will be:

  • Reprographics
  • Administering the school website and Facebook page
  • Maintaining the school’s stationery supplies
  • First Aid
  • Reception duties
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Other general admin and office tasks

6.25 hours per week  (12.20 – 13.35pm daily) term time only. PCD3 £15207 – £15823 per annum pro rata

Required as soon as possible, a Midday Supervisor to work with our team ensuring our pupils are safe over the lunchtime break.  Supervisors rotate through the areas of school and some outside duties are included.
