June 2022 examination certificates:
Awarding bodies will aim to send all examination certificates for the June 2022 examinations to centres during November 2022. Once all certificates have been received from the awarding bodies, we will make these available to candidates for collection.
For candidates who are joining Sixth Form, certificates will be issued via form tutor groups.
For candidates not returning to school, you will need to make arrangements to come into school to collect your certificates. Alternatively, if you are unable to collect your certificate(s) and wish for a nominated individual to collect these on your behalf, a consent form should be downloaded via this link, completed and returned to the Exams Officer at the time of collection.
Candidates should plan to collect their examination certificate(s) from the School Exams Office during the two week period from Monday 28 November 2022 to Friday 16 December 2022 between 09:30am and 11:00am or 1:45pm and 3:00pm.
Please note, that any certificates not collected by the end of December 2023 will be destroyed.
Collections of exam results
Where pupils / students are unable to collect their exam results in person, we are able to email or post results and pupils / students can provide their consent for such arrangements to be made by completing the ‘Examination Results Collection Form’ (which can be accessed via the link below) and returning this to school, for the attention of the Exams Officer either by post or by email to email@example.com. Please note in the absence of this form, we will be unable to email or post results.
Examination results will not be emailed to pupils / students until after 11:00am on results day. Similarly, results will not be posted out until the afternoon of results day.
Pupils / students are usually expected to collect their results in person however, if a pupil / student wishes for someone else to collect their exam results on their behalf, they should email firstname.lastname@example.org from their school email account, or write a letter to the Exams Officer, providing details of the person authorised to collect their results on their behalf. This person will be asked to provide photo ID upon collection of results. Exam results will not be released to anybody without a pupil/student’s written consent.
It is not possible for exam results to be provided over the telephone.
