Exam Timetables 2023/2024
GCSE Maths & English Language Timetable – November 2023
Summer 2024 A Level and GCSE awarding body exam contingency dates
Exam contingency dates form part of the awarding bodies standard contingency planning for examinations and are designated on the exam timetable to be used in the event of national or significant local disruptions to exams; exam contingency dates for summer 2024 have been timetabled by the awarding bodies as follows:
- Thursday 06 June 2024 (afternoon)
- Thursday 13 June 2024 (afternoon)
- Wednesday 26 June 2024 (all day)
Where an awarding body is required to invoke its contingency plan during the exam series and reschedule an exam to a scheduled contingency date, where a pupil is unavailable, they will not be eligible for special consideration.
All pupils must remain available until after Wednesday 26 June 2024.
A Level and GCSE examination certificates (June 2022) are now ready for collection.
Exam certificates for examinations taken in June 2022 have now arrived in school and are ready for collection from the school exams office.
For students currently in Sixth Form, certificates are currently in the process of being issued via form tutor groups.
For students who have now left school, you should arrange to collect your certificate(s) between 09:30am and 11:00am or 1:45pm and 3:00pm. If you are unable to collect your certificate(s) between these times, please contact the Exams Officer.
If you are unable to collect your certificate(s) and wish for a nominated individual to collect these on your behalf, an ‘Examination Certificate Collection Form’ should be downloaded via the link below, and returned to the Exams Officer at the time of collection. All nominated individuals must provide photographic ID and all certificates must be signed for; in the absence of candidate permission, certificates cannot be issued.
Once certificates have been collected and signed for, these should be kept in a safe place; we as a school do not retain copies of exam certificates and if misplaced, you will need to contact the awarding bodies directly to request replacements for which a significant fee will be charged per requested certificate.
